DOSS Social is a FREE National Real Estate License Holding Company for Agents throughout the United States that aren’t a member of their Local, State, or National Association of REALTORS®.

Is DOSS Social a Brokerage?

YES! However, DOSS Social is a Non-REALTOR® Association Brokerage.

Is DOSS Social a “Referral Only” Brokerage?

YES! DOSS Social Agents doesn’t work directly with clients (Buyers, Renters, and Sellers). Just refer your Co-Workers, Family, and Friends to a REALTOR® and let them do the rest.

Availability

What states is DOSS Social currently licensed?

DOSS Social is currently licensed in Texas. However, we are now in the process of adding California, Florida, Illinois, and New York. No matter what state you are in, please complete the enrollment form so we know what states to open next based on the most interest.

Brokerage

My license is INACTIVE. What do I need to do to transfer my license to DOSS Social?

To join DOSS Social and transition from INACTIVE to ACTIVE status, execute our Operations Manual, DOSS Social Acknowledgement & Understanding Form, and your State Provided Active License Transfer Form so we can sponsor you.

My license is ACTIVE with another Broker. How do I transfer my license to DOSS Social?

I just passed the real estate exam. Does it make sense for me to become a DOSS Social Agent?

Of course! Being a REALTOR® is expensive. By the time you pay the fees to join your local Association/MLS, then join a Traditional Brokerage, take professional pictures, purchase business cards, yard signs, and pay for training you can easily spend over $2,000 to $3,000 before closing your first deal. DOSS Social is perfect for new Agents that want to take it slow while they learn the business after getting their real estate license. When you are ready, you can join your local Association/MLS and transfer your license to a Traditional Broker at any time.

Can I do Open Houses for a REALTOR® or DOSS “Partner” Agent?

YES! DOSS Social Agents can do Open Houses to increase your business.

Can I refer deals to any REALTOR® I want?

YES! However, DOSS will pay you a $100 BTSA if and when you refer your CoWorkers, Family, and Friends to a DOSS “Partner” Agent.

Can I work directly with my clients and show properties?

NO! DOSS Social is a Referral “ONLY” Brokerage.

Can I order business cards?

YES! You can order your business cards on this website.

Can I refer commercial deals?

YES! You can refer commercial deals to any REALTOR® in the United States.

Can I temporarily hang my license with DOSS Social and move it back to being a REALTOR® later?

YES! You can leave anytime and come back anytime for free.

Cost

Are there any fees?

NO! You pay nothing. Just refer your deals, let the REALTOR® you choose do all the work, and get paid for the referral when it closes.

Why would I want a CRM as a DOSS Social Agent?

The Secret Sauce! Your free CRM was designed to help you input and manage your database of Co-Workers, Family, and Friends. The CRM will help you monitor your database and increase the amount of leads you get to help you close more deals. Oh yeah, did we mention that the CRM is free?

Can I add as many people as I want to the free CRM?

YES! Actually, the more people you add to your DOSS CRM the more business you should close. While you are being social and meeting new friends, invite them into your database and let DOSS help you stay in contact with them to gain more leads and increase your bottom line.

Does DOSS provide a websites for DOSS Social Agents to generate more leads?

COMING SOON! DOSS Social Agents will be able to purchase ($19.95) a company website to direct all of your Co-Workers, Family, and Friends to get more information about you and DOSS. Your website will allow your contacts to register so you can better track your leads.

Payment

When do I get paid?

Once the deal closes, the check will be sent to DOSS Social Corporate. We will process the check and mail checks every Friday.

Where can I refer deals and get paid?

DOSS Social Agents can refer Co-Workers, Family, and Friends from anywhere in the United States to anywhere in the United States and get paid for your referrals. This is the POWER of the DOSS Network!

Example: If I referred a $300,000 deal how much would I get paid?

Let’s assume that the REALTOR® collected a 3% commission at $9,000. $2,700 is 30% of the $9,000 commission. DOSS Social Corporate will do a 70/30 split with you on the $2,700. That means $1,890 comes to you and $810 goes to DOSS Social Corporate. Given this example, if you referred and closed 10 deals in a year, that would add $18,900 to your bottom line. Could you use almost $20,000 extra a year for just referring your Co-Workers, Family, and Friends to REALTORS® that are experienced and knowledgeable in your area?

What does it take for me to become a DOSS Social Agent?

An ACTIVE real estate license.

Is DOSS Social for me?

It depends on where you are in your real estate career. Are you just getting started and need to take it slow? Are you close to retiring and don’t want to giveaway or sell your book of business? Are you not doing as good in real estate as you had hoped? Do you need to take a temporary leave of absence from real estate? Did you get your license, but never intended on practicing real estate? Will I be required to refer a certain number of deals to stay eligible?

NO! You can simply park your license for as long as you want without any expectations.

I really like the opportunity at DOSS Social because I can make extra money by referring my Co-Workers, Family, and Friends to local REALTORS® and get paid for it. How can I join DOSS Social?

Great! We believe DOSS Social is a fantastic way for everybody to be social and easily make extra money at the same time. All you would need to do is attend a real estate school to get your license. You can take classes online or in the classroom. Once you complete your coursework and pass the state exam, let’s get you started so you can begin earning extra money simply by referring the people you already know.

With an INACTIVE license, can I legally refer a deal to a REALTOR and get paid for it?

NO! You must have an ACTIVE license to legally receive real estate commissions.

Do I have to join my local Real Estate Association?

NO! DOSS Social is a Non-REALTOR® Association Brokerage.

Why can’t I work directly with my clients?

DOSS Social is a referral only network. Example: By not being a Local Member of your Association, there could be limitations to entering properties and/or listing them on the MLS.

Do I do anything after I refer a client?

YES and NO! After you refer a client, the REALTOR® you referred it to takes it from there to make sure your client has a successful transaction. Once you refer a deal, we encourage you to focus on getting the next one. We want you to be a successful DOSS Social Agent!

What is a BTRA?

A BTRA is a Bonus To Referring Agent.

How does the BTRA work?

DOSS can’t and won’t dictate who you give your referrals to. However, if and when a DOSS Social Agent refers a deal to one of our DOSS “Partner” Agents, we will add a $100 BTRA to your commission.

Is there training to help me increase my business?

YES! DOSS Social will have ongoing trainings and annual conferences that will help you take advantage of learning how to increase your “referral” business by maximizing your sphere of influence with our tools!

Other than the commission split, will I ever have to pay any dues or fees to DOSS Social?

NO! DOSS Social is a totally free National Real Estate License Holding Company.
